Magnum Photographer Jonas Bendiksen spends a great deal of his time in airports, on planes, and in busy cities. Every winter, however, he tries to set aside some time away from his usual work as a documentary photographer and escape to shoot some images in the mountains. “I love what I do, and it's a privilege to get to do what I do, and get to see what I see. But if too much time goes by without skis on my legs, I start to lose a sense of balance. I grow restless,” he says.
