Description

This five-week online workshop, led by Sohrab Hura, invites photographers at any stage of their practice to either immerse themselves in a new project or refine an ongoing one. Over the course of the workshop, you will be encouraged to unlearn preconceived ideas about photography and focus on developing a more personal, intuitive approach.

Sohrab was amazing and gave me invaluable feedback for my work. I left the workshop feeling incredibly grateful, it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in my career so far. -Inside>>Out, Tirana, 2024

Each week, you’ll have a chance to share your work with the other participants, receive feedback and generate fresh ideas. Your one-to-one session with Sohrab Hura will encourage you to push your creative boundaries and activate your unique voice. Participants are expected to photograph intensively throughout the week, putting new approaches into practice and connecting more meaningfully with the subjects you choose to photograph.

Applicants need to submit a project idea they want to work on and a selection of 50 images that best represent their practice.
