The Learn team is thrilled to announce the launch of Inside>>Out' second edition. This time, four renowned Magnum photographers — Susan Meiselas, Jérôme Sessini, Nanna Heitmann and Olivia Arthur will be landing in Sarajevo, Bosnia to lead a series of workshops from May 11-16, 2025.
With a different dynamic, Inside>>Out offers an immersive, week-long experience dedicated to photography, surrounded by four Magnum photographers, the Learn staff and 40 participants. Each day, after working closely with your mentor and peers, everyone will gather in a theater to attend Magnum photographers’ lectures and connect with participants from other workshops.
Whether you are unused to showing your work to professional photographers and peers, push your boundaries, try new things and fail or challenge yourself with constraints, this program will make the difference in your practice. As Magnum photographers always remind participants “don’t expect to make the best picture of your career during workshops” but come with an open and collaborative mindset to make the most of the experience.

Join the Magnum Learn team on Tuesday, December 17, for an online presentation of the Inside>>Out program.
With four workshops taking place over an intensive week, this program fosters a vibrant community where learning extends beyond the classroom into shared meals, coffee breaks, and walks, offering unique opportunities for connection and inspiration. This session will provide an overview of the program, insights into what to expect, and the chance to ask any questions you may have.
WARM is an international Foundation working on the world’s contemporary conflicts.
WARM is dedicated to the promotion of emerging talents and to education.WARM’s long-term mission is to develop a Sarajevo WARM Center as an international hub where journalists, historians, researchers and artists can come together to share and exchange ideas. Archives and documents on contemporary conflicts will be available to all.WARM was created on 6th April 2012, the day of the 20th commemoration of the siege, during a reunion called “Sarajevo 2012”.
The 1st WARM Festival opened on 28th June 2014, the day of the 100th anniversary of World War I. The WARM Members Community is an international network of journalists, artists, historians, researchers, activists…WARM is organizing a WARM Festival and a WARM Academy every year in July in Sarajevo.
